Warranty Policy
How long does RayNeo provide warranty service for?
All original components of the new product are covered by a one-year standard warranty from the date of purchase, along with a seven-day replacement period. Warranty claims must be made directly to RayNeo, and proof of purchase is required. The warranty applies to the original owner and may be transferred to subsequent owners. RayNeo will repair, replace, or refund the product if the issue is caused by a defect in workmanship.
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Improper or negligent use, operation, or modification of the product.
- Failure to follow the product's maintenance instructions (e.g., lack of proper care).
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage or defects resulting from accidents.
What Should I Do if My Package Shows Delivered but Has Not Been Received?
Packages may be delivered to your doorstep or received by a neighbor. We recommend checking with nearby neighbors first. You may also contact the courier using your tracking number for further details.
If possible, please provide any supporting photos or relevant documents, as these may help us investigate and resolve the issue more efficiently.
